Attended (conference calls)
For an additional fee per minute, an operator answers the participant's incoming telephone call and adds the participant to the conference, also, called operator assisted and full time operator calls.

Only the moderators can be heard when a call is in Listen-only or Lecture Mode.This feature is commonly used with larger calls to eliminate background noise.
Listen-only Participants Option
Leaders/Moderators who select this option will be provided a Listen-only passcode in addition to a regular participant passcode. Participants who use the Listen-only passcode will not be able to talk during the conference; they are in "Listen-only" mode.
A conference call where all lines are open so that all callers can be heard and can interact with each other freely. This feature is most commonly used with a small group of participants. Open conferencing is typically used with Budget Audio conferences and can be used with any conference call.

Reservationless Toll-Free Dial-In Service provides you with a Toll-Free telephone number and two passcodes to access the conference. The leader passcode is for you and the participant passcode is for any guests you invite to join your conference call. In a reservationless conference call, operator assistance is not required to join or facilitate the call. (However, operators are always available for assistance - the leader can press *0 on the telephone keypad at any time.) All participants dial into the conference bridge from any phone in any location. Reservationeless conference calls can be held at any time, 24/7.
