Opt to use entry and exit tones to notify you when a participant joins or leaves your conference call. We suggest that you limit the distribution of your pass code, especially your host pass code, to prevent misuse of your account.

Audio meeting minutes represent the total number of minutes used during a conference call by all participants. Conferencing minutes are calculated by adding the total time of all participants - including the moderator - together. For example, a conference call with four people (moderator plus three participants) for 30 minutes is 120 audio meeting minutes.
Yes. You can digitally record your conference call using your telephone keypad. When the conference starts, the simply press *22 from the telephone keypad to start recording. When the conference is completed, you will receive an email with the dial-in information and passcode for the recorded conference. These details can also be passed to participants or perhaps those who missed the call. Additionally, recordings can be accessed from your conferencing hub. There is a $0.12 per minute fee for recordings (rates are per minute per line).

Your web meeting minutes are calculated by how long meeting attendees on the web portion of the meeting. Web conferencing features such as polling are already included.
