For calls where operator intervention is required Budget Conferencing offers 800 toll-free access to its conference bridge 24 x 7, with Operator assistance available at all times, at no additional cost, by pressing *0. No need to schedule a conference call ahead of time. Each client is assigned a dedicated 800 number and passcode for conference access.

Toll Free Reservation conference calling
This option provides toll-free access to our full service secure conference. Participants can schedule reservations on-line via the Internet (*unattended only), the toll-free reservation number, e-mail or fax. Operator assistance is available at all times, at no additional cost, by pressing *0.

Toll Free Full-Time Operator
An operator monitors one assigned conference for its entire duration. With this premium level of service, the operator can conduct a roll call, facilitate a question and answer session, as well as poll the participants for the leader.

Operator Dial Out
An Operator Dial Out conference is our full service secure conference. Participants schedule reservations via the toll-free reservation number, e-mail or fax. At the time of scheduling, Budget Conferencing is provided with a dial out list, including participants' names and telephone numbers. The Budget Conferencing operator will call the participants, announce the reason for the call and place the participants into the appropriate conference. Operator assistance is available at all times, at no additional cost, by pressing *0.

Conference Recording / Audio Streaming
A conference can be recorded on analog tape, CD or digitally for storage and playback. Live events may also be streamed to the Internet and archived for future playback via a PC.

*Unattended: All participants dial the same telephone number, enter a pass code, and are then automatically added to the conference.
*Attended: For an additional fee per minute, an operator answers the participant's incoming telephone call and adds the participant to the conference.
